What is a Certified Sales Consultant?

Every year, each manufacture sets training paths for dealership sales consultants.  This path consists of a series of interactive classes, live classes,  hands on training of products and several series of rigorous tests that must be passed. 

Once the training path is completed by a sales consultant, he or she becomes "certified".

Each year the sales consultant must complete his or her training path to remain a certified sales person.
