Important changes on your survey
There is a new option available on your
sales and service surveys. You can now submit them online. Your
User ID and Password will be provided on your survey. As always,
please check "COMPLETELY SATISFIED" for all your answers.

sales or service survey

Lastly, we feel that it is important
that you know that the factory scores us using this survey. While
the information you provide in this survey is vitally important to
us to better attend to new family members, such as yourself, GM
looks only at one question:
For Sales it
is question #14 (“Based on your overall purchase/lease and delivery
experience, how satisfied are you with
Superior Motors?”)
For Service it is question
#16 ("Based
on this service visit, overall, how satisfied are you with Superior
Motors?”)
This is the one question
that determines our rank with GM. Unfortunately, although there are
five possible ratings, anything less than “Completely Satisfied”
is scored as a zero by GM.
If you feel you can not
rate us as “Completely Satisfied”, please contact our sales or
service manager with your concerns.
Every aspect of managing
our sales and service operation is centered around the results of this
survey, so we would like to assure you that we are truly focused on
making your experience at Superior Motors as “Completely Satisfying”
as possible!
